Также смехотворной кажется идея льготных тендеров. Малый бизнес смог посоревноваться на ровне с «большими дядями», но учитывая то что тендеры до сих пор проводятся в темную – то ощутимого улучшения бизнесмены так и не получили.
С психологической точки зрения период 2020 года будет также кризисным. Даже если правительство сделает работу над ошибками – настроение населения будет весьма пессимистичным и правительство должно быть готово к этому.
